This apartment has a great maintenance crew, but this is where the good stops and the bad begins. The crew is needed because there is constantly something that is disfunctional. The washing machine/dryer is terrible and takes 4-6 hours to wash and dry one load. Also the Tandem parking drives you crazy. Cant wait to move out of here.....

Found it by accident, but glad we did. My husband and I were looking to find our first home. Being married for only 2 weeks we stumbled across Eaves while trying to find a different address. We stopped because the entrance looked inviting. The amenities are great, and the staff is always so helpful. The apartments are spacious, and the internet cafe was very convenient when waiting for our cable and internet to be installed, and the convenience of a gym right by the pool is great. The... community is friendly and quiet and the location is 15 minutes from everywhere that you want to go.

Since Eaves Rancho Penasquitos is a small complex, one could feel its warmth, belongingness and comfortability. It is nestled in a quiet, clean and safe surroundings. It is near a freeway but you do not feel the freeway. It is convenience at its best. Maintenance is great too.

The complex it nice looking, typical SOCal look(Spanish style)
The management staff is very easy to deal with and pleasant. Pet friendly! Onsite parking, units have washer and dryers, optional units with garages available. Each unit also has porch or balcony. The common area has gym and pool.
