I am blown away by how friendly and welcoming everyone here has been. The property is well kept and simply stubbing. The apartment space was exactly what we wanted. Moreover I didn’t feel pressure from the sales team. No one like to apartment shop but this team truly makes it enjoyable. Thank you for being amazing in your field.

I lived at Camden Tuscany for a little over three years and really enjoyed my time! The location is probably one of the main reasons to consider living here – you’re close to EVERYTHING that Little Italy has to offer! You’re right around the corner from the Little Italy trolley stop in case you want to save some money or not worry about an Uber/Lyft. Chris and Cody are absolute rockstars in the front office! They care about the residents and want to ensure that you’re happy at the community.... They will go out of their way to help you out with maintenance requests or general questions/concerns. The maintenance team is wonderful here as well and will support you on the weekends if something unexpected pops up. The community amenities (work out room, pool, BBQs, hot tub, patios) are always clean and well-maintained. I appreciated having an attached parking garage in a downtown environment too! Also, the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market is right at your doorstep!! The only “negative” issues I had with the community were 1) The excessive number of homeless people hanging out near the 7-Eleven attached to the apartments. 2) The security gates on the first floor sometimes broke, making the community somewhat accessible to non-residents. There were a couple first-floor residents who I knew who had packages stolen. If you run into any issues at the community, just let the front office staff know!
