Coral Bay

I’ve lived at Coral Bay nearly 21 years. It’s an older property, but the maintenance team works hard, responds quickly, and always treats residents with kindness and respect. Even when issues are frustrating, they remain helpful and professional. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and excellent service over the years.

We had an old leaky bathroom faucet and they installed a new one right away. It was very quick and friendly.

This property is adorable and has great amenities I was so excited to move in. However, it has been a mess since day one. Emails and work orders are just ignored. If you want something fixed prepare to stand around in the leasing office and miss time from work. This is the most poorly run complex I have ever dealt with. I really wish I could leave a better review.

Maintenance is really good, they come and fix the problem really quickly. There is a mold problem, it's literally everywhere. Parking is first come first serve and garages are $150 a month if you even get to rent one because of the long waitlist. After 6pm you'll have to park far 5-10 minute walk. Walls are paper thin so I recommend an upstairs unit but be aware neighbors can hear everything. Apartments get really really hot during the summer. There's a gym, pool, basketball and tennis court.… Laundry rooms are ok, sometimes there's 1/2 machines out of order and you should go get your clothes a couple minutes before it's actually done because I've had people grab my laundry and move it around without consent before (??). Everyone has a dog here, it's nice if you have one they're very welcome. Blinds are not the best for privacy, if you're downstairs everyone walking by can see inside.
