Many items in disrepair :-(
Great place to live when management maintains the property and the social events are great!
There's constantly broken amenities, gym equipment, elevator issues, garage access doors broken, etc. The place is advertised as Luxury Living, but it's not managed like that. Some of the gym equipment quarantined in the photos has been broken for MONTHS. When I reached out to find out what the plan is for a fix, I was ignored initially, and then basically told there's no timeline for a fix. Totally... unacceptable.
Update 1/9/2026: the stairmasters are STILL broken, some treadmills still malfunctioning, elliptical machine broken for months, gym shower is still closed for weeks, padding left up in elevators after move in/outs, South Tower building access screens busted. The garage door to second floor has been propped open with plywood for weeks! Even my guests have noticed all the broken equipment and asked if it's always like this. Diega was so awesome when I moved in and when management seemed to care more about addressing issues promptly.
Hoping we finally get some repairs soon the residents are getting fed up with so many items in disrepair. This review will be removed when the aforementioned items are satisfactorily repaired. Items tend to go unaddressed until reviews start getting attention.
