Great place to live when management maintains the property and the social events are great!

There's constantly broken amenities, gym equipment, elevator issues, garage access doors broken, etc. The place is advertised as Luxury Living, but it's not managed like that. Some of the gym equipment quarantined in the photos has been broken for MONTHS. When I reached out to find out what the plan is for a fix, I was ignored initially, and then basically told there's no timeline for a fix. Totally... unacceptable.

Update 1/9/2026: the stairmasters are STILL broken, some treadmills still malfunctioning, elliptical machine broken for months, gym shower is still closed for weeks, padding left up in elevators after move in/outs, South Tower building access screens busted. The garage door to second floor has been propped open with plywood for weeks! Even my guests have noticed all the broken equipment and asked if it's always like this. Diega was so awesome when I moved in and when management seemed to care more about addressing issues promptly.

Hoping we finally get some repairs soon the residents are getting fed up with so many items in disrepair. This review will be removed when the aforementioned items are satisfactorily repaired. Items tend to go unaddressed until reviews start getting attention. Lee mas

Diega is a weird mix of great and aweful. They fall short on a lot of the simple things. There’s always seems to be a building maintenance issue like the garage doors breaking or power being shut off or door entrances broken or the fitness room being sectioned off or equipment being broken. And then pest control doesn’t fully fix the problem and bugs can be found in various sections of the buildings. When making maintenance requests they take a while to be asssigned and then are dismissive. The... parking situation is awful, we have been on a waitlist for tandem for 6 months and were originally told a month or two. And it’s near impossible to have friends over because there’s such limited and stringent rules on guest parking.

The resident experiences are nice. I wish they upgraded the outdoor fitness area since no one uses the equipment out there and replace it with racks etc. There are also like 5 different apps to manage living here. Parking, packages, work orders, paying, electricity it’s wild. This apartments bad out weighs it’s good and will probably move out to a house Lee mas

Everything has not been working as I move in everything thing stops working and the washer and dryer been giving me problems since moving in ! My light is out there’s already barely any lighting in the home and to put in multiple request and not get help for almost a month maybe even more is ridiculous, I have to pay for this , pay to live somewhere where I realize I can’t even do my laundry and see in the dark .

Living at Diega has been a great experience. The building feels secure, the amenities are well-maintained, and the community has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I haven’t experienced any major issues during my time here.

Now that I’m all settled in, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The building is beautiful, the amenities are exactly what I was looking for, and the location is perfect—but it was Yasmin’s guidance and support that made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She’s a true asset to the team, and I’m very grateful I had her help every step of the way.
