Property Address: 6621 Montezuma Rd, San Diego, CA 92115
Management is unorganized and rude! They had no record of our moveout notice and moveout date. I had to show them the email they had sent to me confirming our moveout date. The entire time she was looking she was condescending and talked down to us. Not until she found our notice and had to eat her words, did she try to recover and apologize. Amongst getting things fixed which was a pain as a tenant, I would say Management is the worst.

Great Price and Quiet
Great compared to the apartments nearby. We moved here my third year at SDSU and stayed for the rest of our degrees because it was spacious, offered 2 parking spaces, has AC, and was so quiet compared to the surrounding area. It was a sad day when we moved out.
