Horrible place

Horrible apartment this apartment dont give you option to park on the the side st because majority of along the road is bike lane.Only give you 2 car per apartment inside and you still have to pay annual renewal for your parking permit!So if you have 3rd car you have no option where to park .The management sucks cant do anything for their tenant.In the last 4 yrs each yr they change parking rules all the time!as if they dont know what to do with the parking situation.

Horrible.

Manager doesn't care for the people of the complex and is obviously unauthentic when listening to your problems. Neighborhood is unsafe and bad for an apartment complex with a gate. Internet speed is unreliable, I have cox and was having issues with speed for months and it took the fourth mechanic to tell me a wire was loose underground. If you have a family with 3 cars, try to rotate your parking pass around otherwise you'll end up parking outside the gate where your car is free game to anyone… late at night. It sucks because this place used to give out three parking passes, until some people started making copies of the sticker so they changed it into something you hang on your rear view mirror and reduced the number to two. Now that i'm forced to park outside i've had my car broken into three times where they've stolen multiple things such as my regristration, insurance, stuff you'd put in the trunk. I've had my gas tank drilled into and my window smashed open. I'd recommend looking for another apartment complex if you can because this place is definitely not worth it.

RUDE LADY

Literally cut me off before I could even say what month I was looking for. She was like I HAVE NOTHING RIGHT NOW! then i finished saying "December" Then she quickly read it out and JUST PLAIN RUDE! HAVE SOME MANNERS LADY
