AMAZING place to live! Management is super helpful. Blessed to be a tenant for more than 4+ years. Excited to see the new changes with the new manager Irma. Now is the time to move if you are looking to lease, Irma is super helpful and will answer any inquiries. Overall 5 stars.

Moved into Doriana Apartments in 1989 and have recently moved out on Sept. 30, 2022. Recent improvements are amazing, including buildings painted in different colors, much better numbering of buildings & units, landscaping, way better lighting at night for better safety and vacated units are beautifully rehabbed (see photos and I do think that’s my old place, which looks absolutely marvelous). Made lifelong friends here and we wouldn’t have stayed here this long if we didn’t like it.

I am a College student a single mother and I'm glad my daughter and I have a roof over our heads. My apartment is not the best but it's better than nothing. The management raised up the rent, they don't do any upgrade, dogs do their business on the grounds, the grass no one comes to clean it. I needed some fixing my bathroom it tooks almost 6 months or more before the maintenance guy come fix it. I also need some fixing in the kitchen it been more than 5 months since no one comes to fix it... until my friend came over and fix it for me. I live here for 3 years now. I'm paying $900 for one bedroom apartment. I wish I could afford to live in a much better looking apartment, with better and more caring management. I love living in apartment, it's less to deal with than owning a house although I would love to have my own house in the future. I love nice and clean apartments with beautiful views. I wish I was living in a great apartment to give great reviews. Read More
