A wonderful place to call home!

The apartments are spacious and filled with natural light, offering excellent air circulation throughout. Each room includes generous storage, featuring both a standard closet and a walk-in closet. All units come with an in-unit laundry room, and there is also a shared laundry area equipped with two machines for residents’ convenience.

Our guests appreciate the abundance of available parking, making visits easy and stress-free. A standout feature is the presence of EV charging stations, adding… a modern and highly convenient touch for residents with electric vehicles.

The management office is responsive and provides quick maintenance service, which greatly enhances the living experience. Having been residents here for more than 15 years, we can confidently say that the quality of service and overall living environment has remained consistently excellent.

The location is another major advantage, with great schools, a hospital, veterinary services, grocery stores, and pharmacies all conveniently within reach, making everyday living easy and comfortable.

Overall, the community is quiet, comfortable, and welcoming—truly a place you can call home.

Very Pleased

I’ve lived at La Serena Apt Homes for over 5 years and have been very pleased. The business office is friendly, professional, and helpful. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Whenever service is needed in my home it is dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. I feel safe in the complex and would recommend to others looking for a well appointed rental.

This is the Place

This place is a great place to live, good schools, close to shopping, but best thing about it is La Serena. I’ve been living here for 6 years, it’s always kept up, clean, well maintained property. The staff is very welcoming and the property maintenance crew is always kind and helpful. The property is not crowded at all like other places within the area and has plenty of parking, it’s a gated community, safe and a beautiful place to live. The pool area is always available and well kept, they are… always making improvements. Management is always quick to reply to any concerns or repairs you might have. Throughout the year they have planned activities for all tenant's, like taco truck or coffee. I’ve had a great experience, give this place a try.

Horrible Move In Experience

1. yellow stains on hallway bathroom ceiling
2. black stains in master toilet
3. wet carpet upon move in that wasn’t vacuumed prior. aka a mold feeding ground. luckily, we noticed and set up fans & vacuumed thoroughly.
4. deep scratches in the stove
5. broken sliding screen door for porch
6. holes in the corner of the ceiling
7. improper bath refinishing. been here for 4 months and still hasn’t been done (this is on our end. they want us out of the house for 5 hours which i cannot do having… an infant) but this shouldn’t even be an issue because it should’ve been done properly prior to move in
8. gave us a bad gate key. it doesn’t work
9. got upset about a grey curtain…
10. rude office ladies
11. wouldn’t let us see the unit we paid for & signed a lease for prior to the day of move in

^ all noticed on day one of living here.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Our goal is always to deliver a home that is ready and comfortable at move-in, with all preparations completed as close to the move-in date… as possible. While we do our best to accommodate early access or previews, this can be limited when final work is still in progress.

Prior to move-in, photos of the apartment were made available, and we encourage all residents to submit their move-in inspection forms so any concerns can be documented and addressed promptly. In this instance, we were unable to verify several of the items mentioned, as the inspection form was not received despite follow-up attempts. That said, when concerns were brought to our attention, we made multiple efforts to schedule and complete any necessary repairs.

We acknowledge that a few items required attention and worked to resolve them as quickly as your access allowed.

Providing quality homes and responsive service remains our priority. While we regret that your experience felt otherwise, we remain committed to continuous improvement and open communication with our residents.

Best in its class

I cant just stop praising about this place. I stayed here for an year and not even a single day i regreted the stay. Front desk is very responsive, landscape and maintenance are always ready for service. Overall 5/5 apartment complex. The ventilation is very well designed and spacious living spaces.
