I’ve lived at La Serena Apt Homes for over 5 years and have been very pleased. The business office is friendly, professional, and helpful. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Whenever service is needed in my home it is dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. I feel safe in the complex and would recommend to others looking for a well appointed rental.

This place is a great place to live, good schools, close to shopping, but best thing about it is La Serena. I’ve been living here for 6 years, it’s always kept up, clean, well maintained property. The staff is very welcoming and the property maintenance crew is always kind and helpful. The property is not crowded at all like other places within the area and has plenty of parking, it’s a gated community, safe and a beautiful place to live. The pool area is always available and well kept, they are... always making improvements. Management is always quick to reply to any concerns or repairs you might have. 1. yellow stains on hallway bathroom ceiling
2. black stains in master toilet
3. wet carpet upon move in that wasn’t vacuumed prior. aka a mold feeding ground. luckily, we noticed and set up fans & vacuumed thoroughly.
4. deep scratches in the stove
5. broken sliding screen door for porch
6. holes in the corner of the ceiling
7. improper bath refinishing. been here for 4 months and still hasn’t been done (this is on our end. they want us out of the house for 5 hours which i cannot do having... an infant) but this shouldn’t even be an issue because it should’ve been done properly prior to move in
8. gave us a bad gate key. it doesn’t work
9. got upset about a grey curtain…
10. rude office ladies
11. wouldn’t let us see the unit we paid for & signed a lease for prior to the day of move in

I cant just stop praising about this place. I stayed here for an year and not even a single day i regreted the stay. Front desk is very responsive, landscape and maintenance are always ready for service. Overall 5/5 apartment complex. The ventilation is very well designed and spacious living spaces.
