Legacy is a nice place to rent at, some small changes could be made, but nothing major I love that Legacy invites food vendors to mix up my day !

Legacy needs to justify the high rent for the maintenance check inside the house. With spiders, entrance dirt marked floors, wash basin drain issues, garage cleanliness(spider nets all over), wash basin cleanliness, wall paints, carpet paint marks, frequent dog barking during sleep hours very bad experience. Ofcourse we need to i form maitenance team to fix this and that. Maintenance team is good but could have been fixed before we moved. Amenities, front desk reception are good and well... maintained. Pls manage spider dens around the house. Definitely you are at higher rent but not justifying its worth so far i have seen.

Legacy is a wonderful place to live. The only negative is that the rent prices are too high and getting higher every year. Even though we've lived here for a period of about 15 years, our steady retirement incomes as retirees we will soon mean we will be priced out of our ability to reside here.

Absolutely love this community! Very quiet, with easy access to everything you need within 10 minutes or less. It took a few days for my pup to adjust of course, but she absolutely loves it here as well, especially with the grassy areas to sniff around and ample walking space. It’s a great place!
