At this time, as we have shared with all residents and future prospective… residents, we are awaiting required city inspections and approvals before we can proceed with the remaining work and reopen the pool. While this step is outside of our direct control, we are actively working with the city and doing everything we can to help expedite the process so we can reopen the pool as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding!

The Palisade at Westfield UTC is a marvelous and convenient place to live. You’ll be well supported by the staff and amenities alike. The apartments are well-appointed. There isn’t a bad view. The area is safe and just about everything you could want or need is close by.
