Adrian is awesome! He had an answer for all my questions and concerns. Adrian went above and beyond with helping me find the perfect unit to fit my wants and needs! Top tier guy! Park 12 is a dream come true! The amenities are abundant and the location is so close to Petco, the Embarcadero, shopping, entertainment, etc. We love it here!

I love how refreshing it feels to be at Park12, I have lived here for over a year and if I could I would continue to do so for more years to come. The amenities Park12 has, particularly for me and my guests, facilitates many struggles of finding space. The community the management team creates at Park12 really shows and having someone like Adrian, Daniel, and Maleek who bring a smile and positive attitudes at work contribute to my positive experience here. Every time there may be an issue or... some kind of bad experience, Adrian always finds a way to make it right and I appreciate that so much! Overall, Park12 offers an absolute perfect location to live where you can find views that are incredible. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for their next apartment in downtown.

I’ve been living here for four years, and it’s been a great experience. The building is in a vibrant, convenient neighborhood, and I’ve always felt at home. The staff, especially Adrian and Bella, are incredibly attentive and friendly. They truly go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy here and highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live.
