Nothing special... except the location

Great location! Bus stops very near, minutes by car to downtown and 163, 5 and 8 freeways, footsteps from Balboa Park and amazing restaurants. Quiet community-feel in a diverse urban neighborhood. Great for walks, runs. A nice sea breeze for much of the year.
The apartment itself has no major downfalls, just nothing special. Nice people, tightly packed into 22 units on 2 floors. A tiny courtyard in the middle.
