Rowyn

Rowyn is a beautiful property with top-notch amenities and very helpful staff. The units are nicely designed with high quality appliances. The location is very central and the parkade is easy to access. The only drawback to living here is that 6th ave is very noisy late into the night (particularly on weekends) and the building itself is poorly sound-proofed to exterior noise.

During move: our case is a bit of an exception due to the types of issues, but a good test of our staff's reaction to problems. Unsurprisingly, being the building this new there are a lot of things that weren't tested, and we were the ones to discover the issues on the unit we chose. This is only understandable and even expected for a building this new. Something praisable though, the staff's help and reaction to this. Very professional, very fast, very understanding. We had some very important... issues -- AC didn't work in an apartment that windows didn't open. This happened in Apt 230 because it's on pool level, with direct window to the pool area. That being said, they provided us a portable AC, technicians were coming to fix it, and since AC wasn't fixable fast enough, they moved us to a new apartment. That being said, I feel it went as smooth as it could be, speed of light. Leasing office provided fast, long-term solutions. My family was still here to help move all the furniture to the new unit.

An important feedback I would point out though, the second floor units do not match exactly the floorplans shown on website (potentially some other floors too like 1st floor?). For example, apt 230 doesn't have a balcony, even though it's A9 floorplan. I am not lowering stars because we were moved to another unit with a balcony that I like a lot, otherwise I would have been very disappointed.

Now: the unpacking period. The storm of problems is behind. New apartment is really nice. Staff is super friendly. Neighbors are really nice, everyone says hi to you. Ammenities are cool, neighborhoood is really walkable, we're happy here :) Read More

I felt so at home here after about a week. The building is huge and the elevators and all the outdoor areas are a bit confusing at first, but after I explored on my own, I really appreciate all the amenities available.

Additionally, the apartment is built really well in terms of insulation and the appliances.

I have been impressed with the staff, beginning with Colton, who was eager to show me apartments multiple times. The security team of LuLu and Ray are there to ensure safety and they are friendly as well. That's a great combo for Security Staff.

I LOVE the amenities and the overall qualify of the building.

dont come here if you want to do a test drive on their units. things will probably get fixed in the long run, they make you the test rat.
