Sagewood at Stonebridge Estate Apartments

The pool has been closed for almost 3 years now. Since the cooperation was changed, the club house has also been closed for 3 years (a little before the pool closed). The grass, plants, and trees are not trimmed. And there's lots of dog poop and trash in the grass and everywhere in general. Another major problem is that they are constantly increasing the rent. They just want cash and made the place look nicer on outside but not really on inside. They don't fix things in your home often, some appliances we need fixing in the kitchen hasn't been fixed in years.

The manager made rules dumb and only allows kids to play in one small area and charges us late rent and we are on time

My family and I moved in Sagewood at Stonebridge in 2007. We are the first tenant in our unit and I've no plan of moving out. It is a very quiet and peaceful community. My family and I really love the place. We received monthly flyer from where we know what's going on within the community. We have awesome neighbors and the rental office stuffs are very accommodating.
The entire area are well maintained, swimming pool, laundry area, playground, etc.
Sagewood is a perfect place to stay.
