Love the property so far. The community is friendly with doggos to complement. The amenities are beautiful and the move towards smart home technology is a plus, not to mention the availability of fiber. You will get mild street noise (but you are near downtown). I’m a huge fan of how beautiful the dark interiors are and how elegant the newer finishes are. I do wish the construction was more dense or thicker carpet, as I can feel my upstairs neighbor’s heavy footing and get rattled anytime… something heavy is dropped. The property staff is extremely friendly and have been the biggest reason I enjoy staying here so far. I just can’t wait for the new construction across the street to be finished.
