TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

Would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. This property is absolutely disgusting. There are roaches, spiders, and mice. The level of professionalism is nonexistent as the 60 year old property manager gossips about the tenants. When asking Don, the maintenance man, to come and do repairs it takes him months. There are roaches in the laundry room. There are roaches in the drains. I had to spend an additional $800 for a Terminix membership because when confronted about the roaches, they... said that it was out of their control. “It’s the summer time. Of course there will be roaches!” Says John, the nonchalant property manager. The landlord allows 5 people to live in a one bedroom apartment. The heaters do not work. It is a great location but a terrible experience for a first apartment. I would recommend any of the other hundreds of apartment buildings nearby for the same price. John and Don are both incapable of doing their assigned jobs, and this apartment is a colossal waste of money.
