paper thin walls and floors. no insulation as usual due to cheap greedy builders. there is a horrid noise by normal walking upstairs. the businesses nearby are a nuisance, and the tub is so tiny you will fall out if you shower, and taking a bath is uncomfortable. everything is continuously dirty after cleaning every day for a month, is how filthy it was, and it still feels dirty. the sliding glass doors are heavy and tough to open/close. it's the only source of air and there is poor ventilation,... making mold easy to grow. you can't open them much anyway due to the noise of the businesses. don't fall for the lies about this place. I'm not even two months in and I can't wait to leave. it's overpriced and overrated. the only good thing is the little washer/dryer combo in the bathroom closet. the roads around here are in sad shape as well.
