Amazing Location/Neighborhood - Loud Apartment with no in- unit laundry or onsite parking. Greentree PMCO is somewhat responsive and helpful on day to day tasks/repairs. We had flooring in my unit that was newly installed that we had major issues with after moving in. Took management almost 6 months to repair the floors. They were buckling and it was a trip hazard to us on a daily basis. Also, communal laundry facility is not updated (only coin operated and room is dark and not a lot of machines... to use). Rinse Service laundry wash/fold service (pitched to us when we signed lease) only lasted about 4.5 months (not the year long subscription as advertised) and is very expensive. You can hear neighbors conversations through the walls, ceilings and across the way from your bedrooms very clearly at all times of day (even with adequate carpeting). Fixtures are new and trendy but break easily and were quickly installed to "look nice and chic" but its evident after normal usage that this place was given a quick "face lift" after Veritas purchased and thrown together with inexpensive hardware. All that aside, neighborhood is unbeatable. Only a quick walk to Alta Plaza, Fillmore and Presidio, quiet and beautiful and we feel very safe at all hours when walking around. Read More
