The back of the unit opens onto a large deck overlooking a shared, peaceful, south-facing garden with star jasmine blooming on the deck. There is also an impressive 25-foot tall black bird of paradise that blooms all year round. With the south-facing deck you can sit outside in the sun even on the briskest of SF days. Our previous tenants' favorite thing about the flat was the deck!
