Great building, great neighborhood and rent control!
Inner Sunset is an awesome neighborhood and this building is in a great location. The units are great, updated and/or remodeled and the building is clean and the manager and staff are awesome. I like that the building is secure at all times and they are always making improvements with service, etc. Quiet space if you are working from home and great access to GGP, the Ocean and public transportation.

Worst Apartment Ever. AVOID,
This is the worst experience I've had with any company ever. You literally couldn't design a more deceitful & evil company. They attempt to drain every dollar from your bank account. Management pretends to be friendly when you sign the lease... but once you sign, they actively avoid you and focus only on charging you increasing amount of money each month.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Perfect spot, safe and modern, tucked away in the Inner Sunset. Staff is very nice and attentive to resident needs, property is kept clean and well-maintained

Great place for dog owners, close to Muni, friendly management
Where this apartment building is situated, the size of the apartments, and the great management make this building the perfect place for dogs. It's close to Golden Gate Park and Mt Sutro Forest, both good for off-leash dog walking. Lots of friendly dog owners live in this neighborhood. It's also near many bus lines and Forest Hill Station, so it only takes a half hour to get downtown by Muni. The management is really friendly and great to deal with. The laundry room is well-equipped with... washers and dryers - usually there's washers free. I've lived here for 5 years and I love it!
