Please don’t come live here. My experience has been so awful and I cannot get my voice heard by the leasing office. As a result, I’m so furious that I wanted to share here.

Been in the bay for 8 years and this is the most broken and most expensive place I’ve ever lived. It’s not a luxury apartment. It’s expensive and BROKEN

Moved in about 1 year ago. Overall maintenance cannot keep with how broken this apartment is. Heat didn’t work most of the months and even once there was no hot water. If... you read the other reviews, you could tell this is not just my apartment. The whole building was broken. Washer and dryer both broken when I moved in.

Fine - it’s cold and I’ll just wear a heavy jacket indoors and normally I would never write a review until it’s truly unbearable. The worst situation is that my room is next to the HVAC and there’s been an issue that whenever the heat is turned on, there’s a loud clicking sound, and I literally cannot sleep because how loud it is.

If it had been fixed in a few days, I wouldn’t have complained. Or even a week.

It took more than 1 month to fix this issue. Imagine your sleep being disrupted for a whole month as a busy professional who doesn’t get much sleep to begin with. Multiple false promises were made and not delivered. I had to crash at other people’s place and change my travel schedule as a result. I would send in a maintenance request, leave my place for a few days because I cannot afford to lose sleep due to my busy schedule (like many of you I’d imagine) and come back still have the same issue. Not even a sense of understanding was provided, let alone compensation or apology, when I complained.

This apartment is my first rental outside of college and I have been amazed by my experiences living here. From the location of my unit to the beautiful amenities and the friendly staff. I have found great pleasure in my stay and find great sadness in my eventual departure once I leave for medical school.

Brenda and Manny have been super receptive and supportive to all of our unit concerns and work super hard to continue to enhance the tennant experience.

Aquetta, Yoselin, Daniela, Shakiri... have all been very friendly concierges as I always look forward to our conversations even after a long day of work.

This apartment made me love SF so much. The view alone is worth it.

We’re way up on the 30th floor, and I can see the Oakland Bay Bridge and Salesforce Tower, like straight out the window. Six giant windows across two bedroom walls — wall-to-wall views that are surreal.

Every day during sunset, the golden sunlight pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows and gently lands on my Ragdoll cat. Her fur glows softly, almost like she’s radiating light. It’s such a peaceful, heartwarming moment... that makes the apartment feel even more special.

My friends visit a lot and love my apartment view!

The community is also great, I had a strict selection standard and Jasper has it all — 24/7 gym, pool, spa, grill, party rooms, meeting rooms and printer, in-unit laundry, *** food delivery and amazon delivery to the apt door***, private theater room you can book (those couches are too comfy). Jasper leasing experience is the best, and the officer members are super supportive for any complicated requests and information. They answer emails, pick up the phone, always. That made the apartment feel like your actual home.

If you've ever leased apartment in SF you know it's a long and hard process. I applied to 5 and some never got timely reply, some didn't even refund to me (if I don't spend enough time calling them, waiting on line transfer that never reaches the right person...).... Jasper Leasing Office was super quick for the whole application process, with clear communications.

I have lived here for more then a year, the leasing office can be easily reached every day, working on my request within one day (or most time within the same day). Most 3B2B are either too crowded, or in townhouse with two floors (which is super expensive like ~$10k).
