The worst managed apartment building in SF. I have dealt with some terrible apartment management in my life but this is by far the worst. Going on nine weeks of having no door knob on one of the main entrances to the complex so you just have to use the other entrance. Management is aware of the missing doorknob they just do not care about the inconvenience to their residents. They are constantly making changes to make things more inconvenient for the residents like requiring an app to get into... your unit instead of a key fob and that app fails the first 4-5 tries every time you want in. I have lived at L Seven for past year. Would highly recommend it as I've had very positive experience. The Staff are exceptional. Very friendly and always take care of everything right away.

I have Lived at L7 for 7 Years. CURRENT Management and Maintenance are The BEST I've Had in 7 Years !

My son lived here 3,4 years ago. So we paid everything at time when my son moving out. We also met office staff make sure everything been paid.

After about 3 years later they sent us some bills.
Also they took deposit.
We didn’t now about that bill they sent after 3 years later my son moved out. 3 years……

Ugly part is they sent me and my son’s information to Collections.
I was call signer.
Now guess what me and my son are in Collections for 250$ which is not true.

They are pathetic losers... who can’t do their jobs absolutely awful don’t know what they are doing.
