Terrible management
The worst managed apartment building in SF. I have dealt with some terrible apartment management in my life but this is by far the worst. Going on nine weeks of having no door knob on one of the main entrances to the complex so you just have to use the other entrance. Management is aware of the missing doorknob they just do not care about the inconvenience to their residents. They are constantly making changes to make things more inconvenient for the residents like requiring an app to get into... your unit instead of a key fob and that app fails the first 4-5 tries every time you want in. Seriously look elsewhere if you’re trying to find a place
