There are constant issues at this property that should not be experienced given the cost to live here. Half of the washers/dryers are consistently out of service, the hallways/elevators/common areas are littered with trash, the pool temperature is ice cold, and the walls are paper thin. Management sends annoying noise complaints instead of insulating the walls.

Marina cove is amazing I have already ReccomAnded to my two friends that came and lived in marina cove as well. Me and my kids love the pool and I enjoy the green area md gym
