The building has been extremely welcoming. In particular, Margareth has been fantastic. She is professional, cheerful, and kind, and went out of her way to welcome me and help me move in (even meeting me on a Saturday, her non-working day). Additionally, she even helped me move my mattress delivery into my apartment, which was above and beyond.

Great location, building and management team!

As a resident of The Nob Hill Tower, I love this place! It is on top of Nob Hill in a great location, the property is well maintained, looks modern and clean inside and out. The management and maintenance team truly set this place apart, particularly Building Manager Margreth and Maintenance Technician Jose.

I recently brought a concern to Margreth about a dark corner near the building caused by a recessed utility walkway from the neighboring property. Although our building is well-lit overall,... this spot felt unsafe late at night. Margreth and Jose promptly investigated and discovered a broken light fixture meant to illuminate the area. Within a week, they had replaced the fixture, fully resolving the issue and ensuring the space was safe and well lit.

Both Margreth and Jose are always approachable, responsive, and dedicated to addressing residents' needs quickly and effectively. Their professionalism and care make living here a pleasure. If you're searching for a top-notch residence in a prime location with fantastic views look no further than The Nob Hill Tower!
