Not Well Maintained, Inconsiderate.

Lived here for about 2 years- so many issues with this place. When I first moved in, they gave me a move in date and then later told me it wouldn't be available until later when I needed to move in ASAP. No support moving, they told me they would reserve one of the elevators but this didn't happen; no parking space so it's hard to move stuff back and forth as well. There has been constant water shut offs, probably more than a dozen times already just this year. Also a couple times where I was... woken up in the morning and had to let them in the unit to check for leaking on a lower floor. Constant and unnecessary "inspections" where they don't even do anything. Separate unit entries for checking the smoke detector and then uncoordinated fire alarm testing. Funny enough, it failed the fire safety inspection. People smoke, it's dirty, and it's incredibly expensive for what you get. They have the nerve to raise the rent to the max each year. They started adding charges for pest control, but there are now ants in the top floor of the building?! The only nice thing about this place is the view and location, and I guess the staff are friendly enough. Everything else is garbage.

We have since had staffing changes and are hoping to provide much better service moving forward. If... you have any questions about your renewals, please let us know! We are open to hearing your thoughts and attempting to get you a better renewal offer. We would love to go over these different concerns and inspections you have questions about. Please stop by the leasing office and we can help give a bit more insight on why the inspections and water shutoffs thus far have been necessary. Thank you and have a great week!
