I've loved living here for more than one year until now!

I posted my review before and I'm more than happy to repost it here. Of course I will give a five star review to the management team and for the site as well. The management team “Mabel & Mary” is absolutely phenomenal, start to finish was the easiest leasing process I’ve ever had. Mabel is amazing. She made us feel so welcomed and gave us a great tour of the property. She really listened to what we were looking for and made sure to show us apartments that fit our needs. she made us feel like we... were welcome to come tour as many times as we needed and we didn’t get that feeling from any other leasing agents that we worked with at other properties. Maintenance team being great! Once we submitted a request for a maintenance, it’s taken care of immediately.

My move into The Bay on Stockton has been smooth sailing thus far!

Initially I was very unhappy due to having been given a different unit than the one I was shown when I came in person and no one indicating to me that the lease I was signing subsequently was for an entirely different unit. However, overall, living here has been pretty good. Maintenance is great, fast, and responsive. Location is good. No major complaints beyond the initial experience with leasing office.
