Vara has been an excellent place to live so far. Very responsive maintenance for any needs, which hasn't really been needed besides a could minor things moving in that were fixed within hours of submitting a work request. The staff on site is friendly & knowledgeable as well as they care about maintaining the facility thanks to it being their home as well. All the amenities are great from the basic luxuries in unit (large washer/dryer, other appliances in great condition, etc) and the community... spaces (the grills, gym, gathering spaces, etc). Best of all the units are clean and pest free as well as the building itself is secure where I'm not worried about who I'm passing by in the hall or leaving my mail in the mailroom, which any packages too big for the mailbox are locked in a secure room at night for safe keeping. All in all it's a great place to live and I'd highly recommend it.
