Ideal for working professionals’ or friends’ group to move in together or a... whole family. Close to everything and easy commute up to hi-tech hubs (San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View…etc.).

Each room in the house has its own bathroom and storage. One room downstair is fairly private, ideal for sub-letting. ½ bath is on second floor living room. 2 other rooms are on the third floor.
