Any damages to furniture or items in the home, caused by the guest, will result in a fee for the cost of the item, the cost to replace, and (if necessary) labor to the contractor for repairing. For any reasons causing the next party not being able to check-in or delayed their check-in, your party will be responsible for the refunds, charges, or reimbursement granted to the next party.
