Do Not live here

I never write reviews but this place is terrible to live at, no parking available after 5pm, no trash bags for pet dropping, maintenance is jerry riggging everything, front office lady is mean and cocky!

I've lived hear for couple years like it alot staff super nice especially manager ashkey real professional and sweet and makes our living experience the best I like the environment clean and quit and a great place to call home.

Alterra Apartments

I just moved in and I have a two bedroom two bath for $2250 a month. The master bedroom is fairly small, the second bedroom is just big enough for a twin bed and dresser. I am across from the swimming pool and gym which makes if fairly noisy. It is a family living and dog friendly apartment and that is why I rented here, I wanted my dogs to live with me. I moved from a 4 bedroom three bath home and this apartment is 750 sq ft. I had been quite change having to dump most of my belongings. … The apartment is always warm - air conditioning runs most of the day - and I see that with most tenants. It sits on the outskirts of town. My commute is good where ever I go in the bay area because I am close to three major freeways. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is always clean. It is a gated community and feels very safe.
