Atrium Garden

I lived here for 12 years. Location is perfect, close to 3 freeways and light rail station. Staff are very responsive for tenant's request and friendly. Affordable for San Jose area and utilities are included with rent even electricity. Rooms are on the smallish side though.

Have never answer calls or reply to messages just to enquire and check for availablity. So they can be describe as rude, snob, unprofessional, selfish, ugly, and feeling above ...on top

I currently reside at Atrium Garden Studio apartments, I have lived here for just over a year, and for the most part I am happy. The apartment complex was previously a motel, so it is set up with key card entry. Security is great here, and there is always someone on duty. Living in Silicon Valley is crazy expensive, but I pay 1050, not including the cost of wifi and cable....so in comparison to the majority of apartments in the area, the price isn't too bad. However, for the amount I pay my... studio is literally the size of a box, and the walls are paper thin...majority of the tenants are business men and women who travel to San Jose for business but live elsewhere and like to have a place of there own every time they come to town...so if you like to throw parties or have guests over...this is probably not the place for you. My place came with a microwave and tiny refrigerator, if you need to store freezer items or use a stove there is a communal kitchen. There is also a communal laundry on the ground floor, next to the mail room. The complex has a gym...but I would barely call it that, its very small with not a lot of equipment. A perk is the maintenance men here are very quick to respond to any issues you might have in your apartment, and the leasing office is quite efficient. As far as location goes, the complex is right across from the local light rail, 10 minutes from downtown San Jose, and just a walk away from the bus station...the location is wonderful! All in all, as with all apartment complex's there is always the good, bad, and ugly! Perfect place for singles and people who are there at the location for short duration . It has all the required amenities for one person . Management is friendly and there is security available till late night.Regular inspections are made to make sure that apartment is in good condition.
Maintenance guys are readily available and all issues (water, electricity etc) will be fixed in no time.

Location as far as transportation is great, nice places to eat.
