Responsive staff & upgraded units

Lived here for 4 years. Lore, In the office, and the maintenance team are great! Whenever we had a request it was addressed quickly and professionally.

Location is great, right on the border of Los Gatos. Shops and restaurants all close by and rent was super affordable for the area.

The parking lot for Noddin elementary turned into the neighborhood park during Covid and stayed that way. There are also a lot of smokers in the area who smoke on the sidewalk across from the school. We lived...
street side facing the school parking lot so all the noise, and cigarette smoke, came right into our unit. The double panel windows did help some. If you are looking for a super peaceful/quiet location this complex probably won’t work for you. If you have little ones and/or don’t mind the noise of kids playing this is a great location for you.

Buildings are older but units are upgraded and well kept inside. The hardwood and ceramic tile in the units does not make for good sound reduction. Even living upstairs we could hear everything our downstairs neighbors were doing/saying.

When moving out we did a pre-move out inspection which gave us good insight on what to focus on when cleaning. We ended up getting the majority of our deposit back by being diligent in our cleaning efforts.

Horrible

Do not rent here washer and dryers never work, management is so rude workers are so rude, pool is always dirty, rats and roaches running around , you ask them to fix anything they treat you like your making their job harder when it’s an apartment complex maintenance is suppose to do there job when something is wrong with an apartment, gate closes really loud by our window at 2 am - 3 am Horrible horrible place! Do not recommend it. Way over priced! You have been warned!

Blossom Hill Apartments

This is apartment is not so bad. Because of it's location, this may be the most affordable in the neighborhood. It is right across Oakridge High School and is walking distance to the 27 VTA Bus Stop. There is also a Target and Walmart store nearby and a lot of fast food restaurants surrounding it. The only problem with this apartment complex is that it is not gated. We also get a frequent visit from strangers going through our trash and the neighbors are sometimes not the best. But I love that... they allow dogs and have dog stations around just in case your dog has an accident. I have been living here for the past 3 years and still like to stay. But the rent increase might push me to move somewhere else.
