Property Address: 470 Saratoga Ave, San Jose, CA 95129
Location, positioning of available unit, and cost for the sq footage offering was the main reason to my choosing. However, the 3 stars is for the application process, the glitches to database, delay in full approval, acceptance to receiving the keys - it was quite disappointing. As well as as incorrect or disabled email for the Xfiniity rep.
A few not so great experiences in inspecting the apartment - extremely filthy dishwasher, storage room in the patio dead bolt did not work for my key (it... was not re-keyed from the new tenant), and thirdly, the mailbox key did not work.
Overall the experience of moving in would be rated a 2-3 stars.

I’ve had a great experience at La Terraza Apartments. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained, and the maintenance team is very responsive and quick to fix any issues. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Great place to live. Management always on top of everything. Beautiful apartments with beautiful courtyards that are kept up weekly. And it's a great neighborhood as well. Lots of stores and shops in the area and right off the 280.
