Fast and efficient I submitted a request to get 2 appliances fixed after they stopped working when I returned from vacation. Francisco came on a Monday, and assessed that they would both need to be replaced. He let me know it would take a few days since he would have to order a new Microwave. The next day he found me before I left to work to inform me that the work was going to be done one day later due to the delivery date. I’m big on communication, so this was very much appreciated. By the… time I came home from work on Thursday, both appliances had been replaced. I’m very happy with the work that was done.
