Moorpark Garden Apartments

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel others should be aware of my experience.

• Management was frequently rude and seemed to have difficulty communicating respectfully with tenants.
• Major maintenance issues (especially plumbing) took months to resolve.
• Repairs, when completed, were often rushed or poorly handled.

Horrible apartments, units in first floors have rotten eggs smell, all moveable doors in bathrooms are covered with mold and they try to hide it with cleaning materials. Once an appliance stops working, good luck getting it fix. The complex is super noisy, dirty, center of drug users.

I lived at Moorpark Gardens for the last 5 years and it has been truly great. The rental prices have always been competitive for being in such a great location! Very close walk to Santana Row and a very short drive to the freeway entrances. The apartment complex itself is on the older side (built in 1970 I believe), but is very well maintained. All apartments have a very generously sized balcony or patio. The parking lot is through a gated entrance, and assigned parking stalls have storage... overhead.

The staff has been great also! Adriana, the property manager, is easy to reach and will respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. Maintenance requests are also quickly resolved. Moorpark gardens definitely offers great value in a convenient location. Read More
