Absolutely Accommodating and Peaceful

I cannot ask for anything better than this. The manager and maintenance staff are a well balanced team and the property is very well maintained. Alla has exceptional people skills and Rene is on top of everything when it comes to maintenance.
Concerns and issues are immediately rectified and Alla always follows up to make sure it is to the satisfaction of the tenant.
I have lived here for years and plan to continue enjoying the serenity and professionalism of my living environment.

Safe and nice

Leasing manager Alla is very nice and professional lady. Safe, clean and nice complex. Amazing location. 5 min walking to the park. 5 min driving to Safeway and Trader Joe’s. Friendly neighbors. 10 min driving to Santana Row.

Lived here six-years and had a good experience. Rene in maintenance is the best. Anytime I had a problem with the apartment he was there to help or fix the the situation quick and easy. Alia the manager is great and gave assistance to any questions or concerns we had. The location is also good, centrally located in West San Jose. Close to WestGate Shopping Center which as everything you need. I recommend Colonial House Apartments. The pizza place around the corner is good too.

Quite Apartment Living

Looking for that quite apartment building to call home? Look no further. Enjoy coming home to unwind after a busy day at work where neighbors are friendly and respectful of one another. The grounds and common areas are beautifully landscaped with rose gardens and a variety of lush foliage. BBQ with family and friends in the courtyard and have a dip in the sparkling pool. Close to all major Highways for a fast commute to anywhere you need to go. Less than 1 mile from AMC Theaters, shopping mall… and fine dining.
