Good not great. I like it but there could be some improvements with leasing office organization. I like how quiet and peaceful it is. I wish the clubhouse was open to all residents as first come first serve instead of by rental only. Sad that an amenity was advertised as available to residents but we have to pay extra for access.

I appreciate when the complex is kept clean. I would like to have 2 parking spots for the two bedroom apartments. It would be nice to be able to use the pool table without such a high fee. An "amenity" with such a high cost is not an amenity.

If you find that you need an additional space, we do... offer extra parking for rent, with rates ranging from $75–$125 per month.

It's been good so far. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I had a package stolen from my door and the delivery people repeatedly place packages at my door when I tell them to use the (very) reliable locker service at the leasing office.

Living at Mosaic Apartments has been an overall great experience. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels safe, with clean common areas and thoughtfully designed spaces. The location on Race Street is very convenient, with VTA access right in front of the community, making commuting easy and stress-free. It also offers close proximity to daily essentials, dining options, and easy access to major routes. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and well-designed, making it easy to... feel at home. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and professional, which significantly enhances the quality of living here. It’s a welcoming community with a calm atmosphere, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed calling Mosaic my home.

Great location-close to everything! Safe & Secure. Maintenance team is excellent. The pool and hot tub are amazing in the summer. I am grateful for the mail room lockers.
