Not happy with the cleanliness of the community and cockroach infestation. Rampant thief and loss of packages. Always broken gates and elevator.

My experience here so far has been very positive. Every-time I’ve had problems, questions or issues I was helped to resolve whatever the issue was. I like that there’s clear communication from Mosaic and all of the staff. I feel like everyone in the leasing office has gone above and beyond to help.

It’s a beautiful place we have been living here from a long time but management keeps changing every now and then and now they suddenly increased the rent more than what they normally do. It’s a smoke free community but we can smell smoke every Now and then.
