I’ve just moved in and overall it’s been a pretty good experience. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, and the layout makes good use of space. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly, which I really appreciate — usually within a day or two.
The community is generally quiet and feels safe, especially at night. Parking has been manageable most of the time, and the common areas are kept clean. I also like that the management communicates updates clearly instead of leaving... residents guessing.
There are a few minor downsides — sometimes the walls can be a bit thin and you might hear neighbors occasionally. But nothing major enough to affect day-to-day living.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and I’d recommend it, especially for someone looking for a clean, well-maintained apartment with responsive management.

En el tiempo que tengo de estar allí, me siento tranquilo es un lugar tranquilo, sin mucho escándalo, lo normal me siento a gusto hasta el momento de lugar es limpio, no es desorden
