Aside from the concerns regarding security and cleaning (particularly in the community areas and laundry room), I think the current administration has been working hard to make many positive changes throughout the community, which I really appreciate.

It would be great to see more effort and improvement in the area of security. That is the main reason I would rate my overall experience a 6.

The strategy on the parking spaces in the compound was excellent. Thank you! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Maintenance tries their best to check but not targeting the problem.

I’ve lived at The Grove on and off for the last 15 years. It’s one of the very few apartment complexes that I found in Santa Clara county that has a Jacuzzi and a heated pool. The management is great to deal with, always very polite and helpful. The rent is very reasonably priced.l I recommend The Grove to people all the time and will continue to do so
