Great Community!
I also have a baby, and I lived here since Im pregnant on the groud floor. Management is so friendly and David the handyman makes the community so clean! I don’t get how the person below can give a 1 star, yes the building is old but it is not any problem with everything else being so great! I feel like taken care of like a family, Gillnet and David loves to talk to me and my baby, without many friends in the Bay area, it is extra warm being apart of this lovely community!

Old Building - Shaky windows & wood cracking sounds from ceiling all the time. No peace of mind
We stayed in ground floor. When someone walks on top floor, we can see all objects like even glasses shake. Windows make sound. All ceiling woods are so bad and make huge wood cracking sound. Apartment is big, but no peace of sleep and no peace of mind. Always the building will disturb you. If you have baby, 100% not a good place. I wish the management take some action and work on all apartments to fix these issues.
