North Park The Pines
The apartment interior is great, good space, fireplace, and spacious rooms. Drawbacks old appliances and vinyl floors. Outside-grassy areas not kept up, concrete dirty, garbage left outside tenant doors for days, numerous thefts of mail, packages outside doors, bikes locked to fences, and armed robberies of the complex store. Security gates broken, or left open by tenants, non handicapped persons parked in handicapped spots, non residents using gyms and pools, and all due to total lack of... concern from the management. They only care about renting and collecting rent. Horrible complex.
