CHANGING LEASE MID-LEASE

New management (SRG Residential) making changes mid-lease, causing ~100 dollar increase in rent, which was NOT in the lease. There's another 15$ service fee every month to pay bills. Management/owners not worth the headache.

AMAZING VIBE

I WAS IN THE AREA OF THIS APARTMENT BUILDING AND MY UBER DRIVER WAS CONFUSED ABOUT WHERE TO DROP ME SO I POINTED TO THIS BUILDING AND SAID "DROP ME OFF AT THAT HOTEL!" SOON AS I WALKED INTO THE BUILDING I GOT SOME TYPE OF VIBE/ENERGY FROM NOT JUST ALL THE RESIDENTS IN PARTICULAR AN ARCHITECT I MET AND WHOM I SHARED A CIGARETTE WALK WITH BUT FROM ALSO THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER IN WHO ACTUALLY SHOWED ME THE ONE UNIT AVAILABLE. LONG STORY SHORT, HE SHOWED ME ONE OF THE 2 BEDROOM UNITS AND I LOVED IT… BECAUSE IT IS SPACIOUS AND BECAUSE THE BUILDING IS INSULATED. I'M STILL DEBATING ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT ME AND MY FAMILY WILL BE MOVING TO SAN JOSE BUT I FEEL VENDOME PLACE WILL BE FIRST ON MY MIND. IN THE MEANTIME, IF I DON'T END UP GETTING THE PLACE, THE PERSON WHO DOES SHOULD DEFINITELY BE THE SECOND PERSON TO RIGHT AN HONEST REVIEW ON THIS WEBSITE OR ANY WEBSITE OUT THERE.
