Overall this complex is so badly run. The leasing office staff is hardly ever present, the gates are a useless inconvenience (they don’t work and they are difficult for guests/ubers/doordash/amazon to use), and they’ll make random changes to their rules/site that again provide no value other than making this a more difficult place to live. on top of that, our downstairs neighbors here were so loud (all night and on weekdays) and violent, and the leasing staff did not care at all. No one answers emails or calls. I am not exaggerating I have lived here 3 separate times over the years and it used to be fine. Now I can’t get through to the leasing office, they are almost never in office. They actually took the office hours off the doors which I find hilarious. Horrible service, would give 0 stars if I could. Best thing about this place is Francisco the maintenance guy. He’s fantastic.

I moved here 8 months ago, and me and my friends had a few problems since then, first problem was the roaches, the kitchen was completely infested and took a few months until the office solved the problem (there is still a roach living in the clock of the stove though). Second problem, someone broke into our house and stole the car keys and car of my roommate, as the condominium doesn't have any security cameras took weeks until the police found the car, but it was too late, the car was... completely destroyed in an accident. I am from india.When i moved to U.S with my two kids my first worry is to find the apt to live safe.My criteria is gated community,walkable distance to bus stop, train,school,park,gas station,cvs,shop and with reasonable rent.my criteria about the apt is washer dryer in unit,lots of storage cabinet with basic kitchen features.i dont need utensils bcos i had already.all my criteria is satisfied.friendly people in leasing office with great maintenance work.
