ROACHES!

Terrible maintenance, terrible upkeep, and CWP only cares about saving a dollar. There have been roaches since we moved in. We keep it immaculately clean and tried to explain they are coming through walls, sockets, and drains. Even pest control ADMITTED the entire building needs to be sprayed but CWP wouldn’t pay for that. If you live upstairs, plan for dust and debris everywhere due to the ‘open ceilings’ literally. This place is gross...don’t be fooled by the paint over.
