The company remodeled this building a few years ago and then allowed it to deteriorate. Things went downhill after the manager was fired in 2024 for exposing utility overcharges — the meter is still broken and hasn’t been fixed.

Maintenance is basically the “landlord special.” Walls have mold, floors creak, and walls are extremely thin — you will hear your neighbors. The last two managers haven’t improved anything. Management only responds to negative reviews, not emails or service requests... .

Front door keys were changed over a year ago and many residents were never given replacements, forcing everyone to rely on an app that constantly malfunctions, just like the gate. The parking lot has been wide open for months and feels unsafe.

Dumpsters are always overflowing with trash and furniture from frequent move-outs. Multiple families are crammed into one-bedroom units. This is not a place for children or large dogs. The patios smell like urine and is never cleaned. The laundry room is filthy, machines keep getting more expensive, and refunds are never given when they stop working.

Management refuses to provide camera footage when packages are stolen. Police are regularly called for different units. Many tenants have been evicted. Parking rules are constantly ignored.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time moving here , they are so unprofessional from property managers to owners .. The community here is pretty quiet and friendly. So many pups who love to play and meet new people and the Trion management are amazing when you need help with anything in your apartment or in the community.

Booked an appointment to view a unit. Couldn’t find the parking lot. So I parked in the plaza that is nearby. Walked to the lobby, tried using the intercom. Told the lady who answered the intercom my name and she said I don’t have an appointment??? (I got several confirmation emails about the date and time) I then called the number listed, no answer. Waste of time especially since I drove 35 minutes to get there and had to cross a bridge.

Sojis Aparments is a great place to live, i just moved in back in August and my experience living here has been great. The apartments are well maintain and it’s a friendly environment. Easy access to the 880 freeway, the apartments is down the street from Walmart and Costco thats a plus for me!!!
