Parkwood Village

The location is great. It's next to two parks and the public pool. You can literally walk across the street and your kids can play at the park or watch the Blues baseball game. Designated walking/biking path too, and disk golf to boot.

As for the place itself; maintenance is quick, front office knowledgeable. There is a pool although it is not heated and therefore coooooooold. Nice laundry places, easy mail access outside the office.

Rent is somewhat higher than towns average and ceilings... aren't thick. I hear my upstairs neighbors a lot. At least all my neighbors are pleasant and welcoming. Many families with kids and older adults. Good mix. Read More
