Do not rent here if you don't want to have your package stolen half of the time! I've even had my GROCERY stolen!! And the company is not doing anything about it!!
Also the elevator breaks down every couple of weeks! They supposedly had a thorough repair last winter for 5 months, and it broken down AGAIN after a couple months!
The service team is nice, but otherwise, you are going to be paying premium rent for a place that is neither secure or convenient!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Elevator has broken down 7 times in 10 days, and twice today. Management lies about maintenance being performed. A door leading outside does not shut securely—ever—meaning anyone could walk into the building at any time. Management has been aware for over 2 years and never corrected the issue. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PROPERTY

The staff here is irresponsible and the payment system here is awful. They charge you late fee due to constant change on their payment system and they know nothing about why the system is broken. Rude staff and service

I can honestly say that conditions are deteriorating at this property. Much construction in the area causes regular, extended power outages. Apartments are continuosly being renovated (people unhappy with conditions here are moving out, a lot of vacancies. When renovations happen the water is turned off for the entire building. It's a very old building, the boiler controls water so when the water is turned off it takes a while for it to run clean and get hot. This is NOT luxury living like... management claims it is! The water pressure in the kitchen sink is weak. Water in the bathroom and kitchen starts HOT & tajes 3 minutes or more to get cold. Wall outlets are sparse and some don't work. These problems are building wide, I talked to many of my neighbors and they have the same problems in their apartments. Every month expect to pay $167 for water/sewer/trash/HVAC. Also if you want a covered parking space it'll cost you $100 per month. Pets cost $75 each, more than ANY apartment complex in the area. PG&E is separate. No water meters so the cost is a ripoff. Total monthly "extras" will cost you $300. There are newer complexes in the area that have better amenities for less money. Safety is a huge issue here. The front door and garage gates are often propped open & people who don't belong here come in. Packages are stolen, they're not delivered to your door but left in the mailroom off the lobby. There have been vehicles broken into and stolen from the garages. Local and regional Management is not responsive when there are issues with other tenants, maintenance and safety issues. Corporate in Chicago don't respond either so you won't get resolutions. The cost is too high for value and frustrations never ending. When my lease expires I am not renewing due to all of the above reasons. Equity Residential takes your money but doesn't fix problems here.
