Horrible service from office and maintenance since Hillsdale Gardens became low income. They simply do not care but will send emails about rent due everyday!!

Pretty good location zone, so far it's been so quiet and nice neighborhood and at the moment haven't had any major issue

Office personnel is really rude, not sensitive when you report a concern or a situation, their lack of understanding and communication is really bad, plus they make you come over and over and over to the office to resolve a problem like I have nothing better to do than visit the office multiple times and explain over and over to a different person every time, by the way it took 3 months to resolve a problem last time I had a problem with my contract to get fix
