Station Park Green Apartments is an apartment community

Property Address: 430 Station Park Cir S100, San Mateo, CA 94402
There are break ins to the cars in the garage and the office management does nothing to stop it or help you identify who did it and when. There are also packages stolen from the mail room and the office does nothing about it. Once you sign your lease the management loses all contact with you and takes forever to fix access pads, messes in the elevator. Not a safe or clean complex

We recognize that package theft is a problem that large apartment communities like Station Park Green have to contend with, and we regularly work with couriers in an effort... to ensure that packages are left in our secure lockers whenever possible. When residents inform us about any missing parcel, we always make every effort to review footage and provide any useful information to law enforcement. Additionally, we continue to remind residents of their responsibilities regarding their pets and have placed additional waste disposal stations and signage throughout the community. We're committed to making this community a better place for all residents.
